1. The service

Arclara sells digital learning content — video courses, HTML lessons, books and PDFs — for CATIA V5 engineers, and is developing the Arclara Design AI Assistant. Purchased content is delivered through your Arclara account.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for your Google account’s security. You may delete your Arclara account at any time from the account page; deletion removes your data and access permanently.

3. Licence to content

Purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to view and use the content for your own learning. You may not share account access, re-publish, re-sell, or redistribute videos, lesson text, or PDFs. Unlisted video links are part of the protected content.

4. Refunds

If something you bought doesn’t work as described, contact us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you.

5. Acceptable use

No attempts to bypass access controls, scrape gated content, or interfere with the service.

6. Liability

Content is provided for education. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
